I wholeheartedly believe in the process of individual and group therapy as a vehicle for aiding in personal healing and transformation. My intention is to provide a therapeutic space for my clients to develop autonomy and build agency over their lives; including how they show up in relationship to themselves, others, and the world. While providing a safe space, my focus is to help clients be their authentic selves and explore the barriers that get in the way.
I utilize a variety of treatment philosophies, including IFS, EMDR, NARM, psychodynamic and have expertise in treating addictive disorders. My practice is strongly rooted in Relational Therapy and I believe the Client/Therapist relationship can provide clients with opportunities for self-exploration, growth, healing and corrective experiences, while positively impacting all areas of ones life.
I completed undergrad and grad school at Loyola University Chicago in 2013. I spent the majority of my career providing individual and group therapy for adults in treatment centers who were healing from addictive disorders-including eating disorders, chemical dependence, as well as various forms of mood disorders and trauma. In September 2021 I had the privilege of launching my own private practice. During my free time I enjoy my time with family, friends, my parter and my puppy Moosh. I adore meditation, cross-fit, walking and running outside, and fun holiday festivities that give me an excuse to be a kid again.
